AgentPay gives an AI agent priced, capped, receipted access to live data tools. Below, an autonomous analyst runs on it daily — each run it asks a different real question, prices the data plan before paying, spends only a few cents under a hard cap it cannot exceed, and leaves a verifiable on-chain receipt. The cap governs data spend — not any capital the strategy trades.
Each run is one decision cycle. Paid calls are real USDC settlements on Base,
verifiable on-chain; free intel calls settle $0 on Stellar but still produce a
receipt. Source of truth: the durable payment_logs +
